Initial Consultation and Evaluation
Our initial meeting will focus on a historical review of your current state energy consumption and costs while gaining an understanding of your organizations unique business goals and energy targets to define the desired outcome for a successful project. Our team will complete a comprehensive site survey allowing us to evaluate and optimize project implementation.

Engineering & Commercial Solar Design
Next, we will finalize your initial plans and conceptual ideas. Early drawings will show the layout of the commercial solar panels on your property and calculate solar power returns. After your approval of the drawings, we’ll submit a permit application and utility interconnection application. We’ll also create a timeline so you know what to expect when construction begins.

Project Management
Sun Connection customizes standard processes to accommodate each project’s unique technical, environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder consideration so that value is embedded into every aspect of our project deliverables. Effective project development relies on the ability of the Sun Connection and partner firms to manage and unify a team to deliver a project that meets our client’s expectations. We have demonstrated excellence in being able to identify and anticipate potential issues before they become critical; evaluating competing alternatives and approaches to identify appropriate solutions to resolve an issue; prioritizing activities and resources to maintain project schedule, scope, and budget on track.

Construction & System Commissioning
Logistics of staging any system components, parking spaces, hours and days of operation, and any other inconveniences that may occur are discussed in line with the timeline. We’ll complete your construction with a well-thought-out plan to limit any inconvenience to your and your company.
Commissioning involves obtaining all required inspections and receiving approval from the utility company to operate the system. After that, we’ll provide a brief training on the system and show you how to use your monitoring portal.
